AWARE in the Square

Oregon State University College of Pharmacy students will be partnering with Oregon AWARE (Alliance Working for Antibiotic Resistance Education) for the 4th annual AWARE in the Square community health education event. Pharmacy students will provide education to the public about antibiotic use, immunizations, bacterial vs. viral infections, and cold & flu prevention. In the past, over 1,000 Oregonians have attended the one day event, which takes place annually during national Get Smart About Antibiotics Week. This year, the College of Pharmacy has teamed up with students from OHSU in an effort to reach more of the community.
